Nyurlam will host a 3.9 kilometre FIA-grade Formula E circuit engineered from the ground up for high-performance electric racing.
The defining feature: a dramatic racing loop passing directly through a 50,000-seat stadium, allowing spectators to experience the speed, sound and strategy of the race from inside the arena itself.
Unlike temporary street circuits, Nyurlam is designed for Formula E from day one — delivering better sightlines, superior broadcasting capability, and a fan experience impossible to achieve on conventional urban tracks.

Nyurlam extends its environmental mandate beyond the boundaries of the district through a dedicated Blue Carbon and Ocean Regeneration initiative. A portion of platform revenues will be allocated to support high-impact projects globally—including mangrove restoration, seagrass recovery, and ghost gear removal—selected for their measurable ecological benefit and community engagement.
This is not positioned as a carbon offset mechanism, but as a principled ESG commitment: that a modern city should actively contribute to the regeneration of critical planetary ecosystems.
